Birò Product Marketing
At Estrima, I served in a highly cross-functional role, working closely with various teams (product, design, engineering, sales, operations, finance) to maximize business value from the electric vehicle Birò and the lifetime value of Birò owners. I drove product marketing strategies to establish competitive positioning around compelling value propositions and leverage differentiation opportunities through new solutions and offerings. In my role, creative thinking was essential to improve the vehicle, expand services, and execute the company’s vision. Marketing insights inspired upgrades and new products while tests validated products, naming, pricing, distribution models, and business ideas. I supported the product development process from idea through launch and created go-to-market strategies. A holistic view across all marketing disciplines (content, acquisition, brand, events, PR and communications, product marketing, and channel marketing) ensured cohesive and effective messaging.
